Buster Palomo and Megan Palomo
Hello, my name is Buster Palomo and my wife Megan and I are the proud owners of Fresno's very own 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchise! We currently reside in Clovis and have spent our entire lives living in the greater Fresno area—we both graduated from Clovis High School! We have two children, one of which is currently attending Clovis High School.
I began my career in construction, working as a plumber for 12 years. After that, I spent 13 years in the water treatment industry. Megan began her career waiting tables and eventually moved into a management in the food and beverage industry. She soon found she had strong leadership skills and a natural talent for understanding customer needs. She then moved into entrepreneurship, owning and operating a house cleaning business for 10 years where she specialized in using only environmentally safe cleaning products and practices. Megan also has experience in the Junk Removal business as well.
Feeling a need for a change in our lives, we decided to take on a new challenge together. It just made sense to pair my ambition to try something totally new with Megan‘s ability to meet customer needs along her cleaning and junk removal experience.
We put a lot of focus on the hiring process for our Truck Team Members, the individuals who will be working directly with our customers. We strive to develop happy, honest, and personable employees through training and mentorship. With a great sense of gratitude and a desire to give back to the community that has given us so much, there’s no better way than to help employ fellow citizens and beautify our city all at the same time. We have a deep commitment to our community and environment.
