This was my first time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK services. Chace and Matt arrived on site on time, explained the whole process and provided a quote which I found to be reasonable for the amount of items that had to be removed. They were both very professional, courteous and polite (removed their shoes as requested) during the whole process. The gentleman who came were professional, communicative, strong and friendly. I actually enjoyed meeting them. They readily worked with me to get rid of a large heavy piece of furniture from a downtown condo. That meant also working with the concierge desk and downtown dynamics like lack of parking and active construction. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes and yet still took time to explain the pricing and also how the furniture might possible be repurposed rather than going into a landfill. My only complaint is the cost which was outside their control. It was multiple hundreds of dollars to get rid of a single piece of furniture. So the professionals were great, but the pricing was expensive for the nature of my “junk.” They explains it well and it was fully my choice to move ahead however in the future I may work harder to dispose of pieces such as this one myself.
