They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessThis service made our lives much lighter and easier, and that’s all thanks to the lovely young gentlemen who came by to give us an estimate. They were so kind and understanding of our circumstances, and helped us work out a super reasonable price to get our junk out right then and there. Highly recommend!
Jon and Chris from 1-800-GOT-JUNK? were absolute lifesavers! We had a very old, extremely bulky refrigerator in our basement that was proving incredibly difficult to remove. Costco delivery guys tried their best but couldn't haul it away. Then we called 1-800-GOT-JUNK. The first crew attempted to bring it up but unfortunately couldn’t get it out and, during the unsuccessful attempt, damaged the staircase wall and ceiling. Although they compensated us for that by removing the additional labor cost, we were definitely frustrated and unhappy with it! The very next day, Jon and Chris came to help, and what a difference they made! From the moment they arrived, they were polite, professional, well-mannered, and communicated everything clearly. Most importantly, they were incredibly skilled at what they do. They handled a very challenging removal with great care and expertise, and I honestly don’t think anyone else could have done a better job. It felt like if they can't do something, nobody else can. Thank you so much, Jon and Chris, for going above and beyond and getting the job done! They also helped us move additional junk as well. I would highly recommend Jon and Chris to anyone, especially if you have a difficult or critical junk removal job. They are truly outstanding!
