Great service! Chace and Nathaniel were very kind and helpful. They explained everything clearly and did a great job. Thanks so much!

Mike and Robert came on time, when they said they would. They were clear and upfront with how the pricing worked. And most important, they took all of my unwanted junk. Thank you, lads.

Easy to book appointment and readily available. Andrew and William were polite, professional and efficient. Reasonable price so I’m very pleased

Tyson DJ were awesome helping with moving my couch. They arrived quick and moved the item even when it hit a tough space. Nice friendly team!!

Amazing experience from the time I booked my appointment until they drove away. All staff were incredibly nice and understanding.

I met Femi and Max as they were moving things out of a condo in my building this am. They were very personable and really courteous. Thank you for that.

Brayden, Harrison, and Daeton provided excellent assistance with clearing the junk out of our office. I really appreciate their hard work and the care they put into getting everything done efficiently. They were professional, supportive, friendly, and demonstrated great teamwork throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding service!** We had our 130-year-old piano moved this morning, and Anthony, Jack, Ryan, and Andy were absolutely fantastic! This piano weighed a tonne — literally — but they handled it with such care, professionalism, and teamwork. They removed doors, protected the tiles, swept the pavers, and took every precaution to make sure nothing was damaged. Anthony’s communication was excellent, from the call before arrival to the accurate quote. These four young men were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. It was great to see them working together and sharing their expertise. **I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Fraser Valley — and especially this terrific team. Well done, guys, and thank you!**

Great guys from Truck 16. Very respectful and professional. They got my old turf moved very quickly. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Aaron and Justin were incredibly helpful and so so kind. No hesitation whatsoever and hardworking! Helped get stuff from several locations around the house and saved us loads of effort! Thank you!

Lou and Daeton did an excellent job throughout the whole process! They carried a couch down 11 flights of stairs very efficiently, and were very pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend their services!

Was able to set up pick up in almost less than a day and they were there as promised. Price to transport a small couch was… high but the employees were amenable to calling their boss and seeing if it could get priced down more. They did great.
