Environmental Management System

1-800-GOT-JUNK? conducts waste stream analysis every two years, allowing us to monitor and track our landfill diversion rate. Our most recent audit was completed in the first quarter of 2011. The audit data comes from randomly selected franchises located throughout the United States and Canada.

Diversion Efforts

Our customers, both residential and commercial, also want to know, “What happens to the junk?” We strive to develop programs that support our ability to accurately answer this question. We take ownership of our customers’ junk and do everything we can to divert our waste stream from landfills by reusing, donating, and recycling as much as possible.
